Scranton Quality Roofing is a roofing company based in Scranton, PA, with more than 20 years of experience repairing and replacing roofs on the houses and buildings of the Lackawanna Valley. Contracts follow Pennsylvania’s home improvement law, including the three-business-day cancellation notice and a deposit within the legal limit. We check the re-roof permit rule for your own city, borough or township before pricing, because each one sets its own.

On the roof, decking damage found during tear-off is photographed and shown to you before it is replaced, at the per-sheet price already in the contract. Flashing at walls and chimneys is replaced along with the roof, the eaves get a self-adhering ice barrier sized to the overhang, and gutters are sized and pitched together with the new roof. At the end of every work day, the yard, driveway and gutters are cleaned and swept with a magnet for nails.

After a storm, we photograph and write up the damage for your own insurance claim, and we will meet the adjuster at the house if you want us there. The claim stays yours; we document and explain rather than negotiate.
